Part of the DominiCore group
We are the construction and consulting arm of the DominiCore group — the same team behind Intuos IT Solutions, INTUOS Automation and Weboptex — bringing structure, documentation and North-American standards to building in Las Terrenas.
Who we are
Dominicore Construction was founded to bring a higher standard to building and renovating in Las Terrenas, Samaná. Too many owners — especially expats and remote investors — have been burned by vague quotes, disappearing contractors and work that can't be verified. We built our process around fixing exactly that: written scopes, honest budgets, secured sites and documented quality.
As part of the DominiCore group, we combine hands-on construction experience with the discipline of a technology company — clear communication, organized documentation and reliable follow-through. We work in English, Spanish, French and Italian, and we treat every villa, rental and commercial space as if it were our own investment.
